About the position

As an Operations Support Specialist I at BancFirst Corporation, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their banking needs, particularly in the opening and closing of accounts. This position is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the BancFirst Tower, and operates on a full-time schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between customers and bank operations, ensuring that quality services are delivered to meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all auditing policies and procedures, which is essential in maintaining the integrity of the bank's operations. In this role, you will work both independently and as part of a team to maximize productivity and efficiency. Building strong relationships with internal partners, particularly in Treasury Management and other departments, will be key to your success. You will take ownership of your tasks, demonstrating a sense of urgency and exceeding expectations through effective communication. Additionally, you will create and review all account documentation, ensuring that all documentation is executed properly. The position may also involve assisting with other job-related duties and special requests as they arise. It is important to note that this job description is not exhaustive and may change as needed.
