About the position

CACI is seeking an Operations Support Specialist position in support of the newly established All-Domain Sensing (ADS) Cross-Functional Team (CFT) Headquarters in Adelphi, MD. The recently rebranded ADS CFT, under Army Futures Command (AFC), has adjusted their mission focus to enabling synchronized kinetic and non-kinetic capabilities and has been a consistent priority for Army senior leaders. It supports synchronization and optimization of intelligence collection, processing/ dissemination activities and sensor-to-shooter activities. In this role, you will manage and lead the development of a Congressional Engagement Strategy in a large, highly complex All-Domain Sensing (ADS) Cross-Functional Team (CFT) to proactively build relationships and meet the organization's overarching communications initiatives. You will successfully coordinate multiple Congressional engagements in addition to meetings with Army Senior Leaders and key DoD Stakeholders. Additionally, you will develop processes and tools for in-processing and integrating new Government, Military, and civilian personnel, ensuring that personnel are familiar with CFT policies and guidelines, as well as facility and network access requirements. Frequent updates to the CFT Director and senior military and government personnel will be essential to ensure that policies and goals are clearly communicated and objectives are met. You will partner with the technical team to deliver a more robust IT infrastructure to support current and future engagements with Army Staff, Major Commands, DoD agencies, political appointees, members of Congress, and deployed units globally. Leveraging your advanced knowledge of MS Office programs, you will support and develop various briefings of program status based on guidance from the CFT Director and senior military and government personnel. Leading teams across broad technical, financial, and business disciplines will be a key responsibility, focusing teams on business objectives and tracking progress to ensure project milestones are completed on time, on budget, and with the desired results. As an interface with the Alternate Contracting Officers Representative (ACOR) and senior government management personnel, you will assist with all aspects of contract management and improve time to delivery. You will also liaise with senior government management and serve as the direct, local point of contact for overall contract performance spanning multiple functional areas, providing administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the program. Detailed project tracking will help identify potential issues and track progress against commitments, while maintaining project documentation, plans, and progress reports to promote more efficient communication across multiple directorates. You will prepare for, participate in, and provide summaries for a range of activities including internal and external meetings, weekly staff calls, and weekly secure video teleconferences. Coordinating activities and information with Army Staff, Major Commands, DoD agencies, political appointees, members of Congress, and deployed units globally will be crucial. You will gather product information and requirements documents, track internal and external informational deadlines, provide timely reminders, and officially close completed actions. Communicating project status and significant activities to ADS CFT and personnel through recurring synchronization meetings, written reports, and database updates will be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring the TRADOC operations to ensure the ADS CFT is synchronized with the Army Campaign Plan, Army Staff, and Operational Units will also be essential. Finally, you will ensure all current and new processes and procedures are followed and clearly documented in SOP format for reference by ADS CFT.
