About the position

The position at TruTeam is for an operational support professional who will manage the busy branch office, focusing on efficiency and time management. This role involves a variety of tasks including compliance in purchasing, accounting, credit/collections, IT, and overall administrative requirements, as well as handling Human Resources administration and employee relations programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the branch office.
  • Ensure compliance in purchasing, accounting, credit/collections, and IT.
  • Handle Human Resources administration and employee relations programs.
  • Manage records and information effectively.
  • Perform accounting and financial analysis.
  • Monitor credit and collections activities.
  • Manage daily conversion of quotes to work orders.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices.
  • Provide HR administrative assistance to management teams.
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication.
  • Perform general office tasks such as replenishing office supplies and distributing mail.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license if operating a Company Vehicle.
  • Previous experience in administrative services or related fields.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong leadership qualities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred)
