About the position

The Operations Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the company's electric vehicle programs by managing customer inquiries, processing rebate applications, and ensuring accurate data tracking. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. The specialist will also be responsible for communicating program details to customers and identifying areas for process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of company and product goals.
  • Communicate program details to customers accurately and professionally.
  • Track rebate applications from intake to disbursement.
  • Understand product profile, strategy, and how daily work supports these artifacts.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding EV programs and eligibility requirements.
  • Process customer rebate applications and facilitate approval and payment.
  • Perform data entry and consolidation for programmatic data tracking and reporting.
  • Assist in optimizing customer enrollment and documentation processes through automation.
  • Participate in problem-solving and developing solutions related to EV programs.
  • Support miscellaneous special EV assignments.
  • Proactively identify areas of process improvement for the Residential and Commercial EV team.

Requirements

  • 0 to 1 year's work experience, entry-level position.
  • Experience with data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Prior Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience.
  • Subject matter expertise using Power Clerk.
  • Experience with Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI) data and Time of Use (TOU) rates.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of multitasking and prioritizing workload.
  • Strong oral and written communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Nice-to-haves

  • Some work experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Experience with SAP would be an asset.
  • 5+ years in customer service background.
