Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries via calls and emails promptly.
• Maintain and update customer data for future reference.
• Accurately record order details into the computer system.
• Process customer invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
• Support the shipping and receiving process by ensuring packages are correctly and legibly labeled before dispatch.
• Pack items into containers, ready for shipping.
• Follow up on cases requiring action and escalate them to the relevant team member when necessary.
• Perform administrative duties to support various departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in answering inbound calls and handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality support to clients.
• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in handling email correspondence, with strong written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with the ability to use these tools effectively for operations support.
• Experience in order entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Experience in managing customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, ideally in a similar industry or role.
