About the position

The Operations Support Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing warehouse operations by analyzing market trends, developing business plans, and monitoring performance metrics. This position focuses on optimizing efficiency and productivity within the warehouse environment, ensuring that strategic initiatives align with the company's goals for growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities in warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that outline clear objectives, actionable strategies, and financial projections for optimizing warehouse operations.
• Monitor and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and present detailed business planning reports to senior management, providing insights into market dynamics, strategic initiatives, and financial projections.
• Lead and manage projects related to warehouse business planning, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with colleagues across departments to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Warehouse MHE experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in MS Office Products.
