The Part-Time Operations Support role at Broadview Communities is designed to assist in the daily operations of the community. Responsibilities

  • Deliver Broadview's messages to residents professionally and clearly.
  • Post notices in the community as required, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Assist with collections by delivering reminders, discussing payment options, and maintaining records of collection activities.
  • Attend local hearings as needed to represent Broadview's interests and report on relevant proceedings.
  • Conduct sales appointments with prospective residents, providing information on community benefits and availability.
  • Perform regular inspections of the community to ensure adherence to standards and promptly report any issues to management.
  • Assist with identifying and reporting maintenance needs within the community to facilitate timely repairs.
  • Support vendor coordination by assisting with scheduling, monitoring service quality, and reporting vendor performance to management.
