About the position

The Operations Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the operations team during the 2nd shift at Bank of America. This role focuses on ensuring that the team meets deadlines, executes tasks efficiently, and coordinates operations effectively. The position emphasizes continuous business improvements, adherence to operational procedures, and providing guidance to team members in a high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Operations team and ensure they meet deadlines and execute tasks efficiently.
• Support continuous business improvements and review operations procedures.
• Implement changes and ensure adherence to operations procedures.
• Provide guidance to employees and handle exception requests.
• Refer complex problems to a senior manager.
• Manage team workload and provide general oversight and direction to the team.
• Maintain internal, operational, and financial controls within the risk appetite of the business unit.
• Review processes for efficiency and implement process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous production experience including 2nd Shift work schedule.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-speed production environment.
