About the position
The Operations Team Lead for Enterprise Transaction Services at Bank of America is responsible for overseeing the operations team, ensuring they meet deadlines, execute tasks efficiently, and coordinate daily operations. This role involves supporting continuous business improvements, reviewing operational procedures, and providing guidance to team members. The position requires a solid understanding of foundational operations and familiarity with specific product lines, with a focus on enhancing the work environment and business operations.
Responsibilities
- Resolves day-to-day problems and executes deliverables within the business unit
- Provides functional expertise knowledge to projects or initiatives relating to the business unit
- Manages team workload and provides general oversight and direction to team
- Maintains internal, operational, and financial controls and works within risk appetite of the business unit
- Reviews processes to ensure they are efficient and implements process improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high speed production environment
- Cannot be on corrective action
- Minimum of 'Meets/Meets' on last review
- Must be an active listener
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Capability to work effectively in a team environment
- Display flexibility with given work demands
- Ability to multitask
- Must be extremely dependable
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in Card Issuance
- 1-2 years Operations experience with limited supervisor/assistant supervisor experience
