About The Position
The Operations Team Lead is responsible for the execution of all back of house functions in the store; including leading the operational process, unloading trailers, processing new receipts, price changes, merchandise return management, and housekeeping. The Operations Team Lead is expected to achieve operations timelines and Carton per Hour (CPH) and Units per Hour (UPH) goals. This is a non-exempt position.
