About the position

The Operations Team Lead at Promise Confections is responsible for overseeing sales samples fulfillment, coordinating retail logistics, and managing special project tasks as directed by the PMO. This role requires a strong presence in the office four to five days a week, with the possibility of remote work when feasible. The position reports directly to the PMO and, in their absence, to the COO.

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment of retail and consumer feedback sales samples
• Inventory management of all R&D and Sales Samples Materials
• Building purchase orders for items needed for R&D and Sales Samples
• Assigning and routing trucks for retail customers
• Generating purchase order claims in accordance with company policy
• Maintaining records of goods ordered and received at HQ
• Collaborating with the procurement and leadership teams
• Complying with all company rules and regulations

Requirements

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Email, Teams, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and speak English fluently
• Ability to communicate issues effectively with team members and management
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to make timely, efficient decisions
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and situations simultaneously
