About the position

The Operations Team Leader at Primo Brands is responsible for overseeing route drivers and deliveries, ensuring efficient branch operations, and leading a team to achieve peak performance. This role emphasizes strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service, while also focusing on productivity improvements and team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee route drivers and deliveries to homes and businesses.
• Improve productivity and streamline branch activities to maximize results.
• Support the team with decisions and provide coaching/feedback as needed.
• Ensure safety by operating vehicles responsibly and completing required documentation.
• Lead daily branch closing activities and team meetings.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by coaching team members on upselling techniques.
• Collaborate with the Operational Leader to develop strategies for improved customer service.
• Be available for route coverage and flexible work hours based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure and maintain a Class B CDL license with airbrake endorsement (preferred).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record for the last 3 years with no major driving offenses.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role overseeing a team (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power BI (preferred).
