About the position
The Operations Team Leader at Mulhall's is responsible for managing daily tasks, projects, and processes to ensure the operational efficiency of the nursery yard. Responsibilities
- Model the Every Experience Counts process by introducing yourself, taking care of customer needs, and ensuring seamless service.
- Champion safety protocols in powered equipment training and maintenance for various machinery.
- Serve as the go-to person for training, follow-up, and delegation within the operations team.
- Lead the B+B processes, including unloading, healing in, mulching, and irrigation setup of materials.
- Set and maintain standards for cleanliness and organization in the B+B area.
Requirements
- 2+ years of powered equipment experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with a positive attitude under pressure.
- Strong team player who anticipates problems and collaborates to solve them.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in landscaping or horticulture.
