Responsibilities

• Implement scheduling changes due to backlogs, design changes, machine downtime or material/labor shortages.
• Resolve issues within scheduling and act as the first point of contact for any scheduling-related problems.
• Coordinate the rescheduling of trucks with all necessary parties involved.
• Test after software and server updates to ensure functionality.
• Provide on-call support as necessary to address urgent scheduling issues.
• Prioritize the order of requests related to production scheduling.
• Build test trucks for the paint process teams and other departments as required.
• Escalate order issues to the necessary parties involved in the production process.
• Work with business unit managers to prioritize production schedules by plant to mitigate downtime.

Requirements

• Experience in production scheduling or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts and production issues.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production workflows.
• Proficient in using scheduling software and tools.
