About the position

OBXtek is currently seeking an Operations/Technical Support Analyst, Journeyman to support the Army's Global Enterprise Network Modernization - OCONUS (GENM-O) organization. This position is critical in providing centralized support and coordination for various operational tasks and events. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and completeness of periodic reports and briefings, including the weekly Top 5 project report, Staff Call, and various project reviews. The role requires a proactive approach to managing Commander's Critical Information Requirements (CCIR) reports, which are essential for informing the leadership chain about potential adverse personnel or critical changes that could impact GENM-O operations. In addition to report management, the analyst will assist in emergency notification procedures and coordinate government-sponsored events such as All-Hands meetings and honorary ceremonies. The position also involves maintaining organizational charts, coordinating recurrent meetings, and consolidating reports from various regions to provide updates to PMO leadership on project lifecycle activities. The analyst will support the Quarterly PMOS Contract Performance Review and assist with compliance checks through the Management Internal Control Program (MICP) and Command Inspection Program (CIP). The role includes providing travel support for GENM-O personnel, ensuring they meet all official travel prerequisites and tracking their deployment status. The analyst will also maintain records of government-sponsored training and ensure personnel are ready to travel on short notice. Furthermore, the position requires the development and editing of programmatic documents, ensuring they meet government specifications and quality standards. This multifaceted role is essential for the smooth operation of the GENM-O organization and requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide centralized suspense control over periodic reports and briefings for accuracy, relevance and completeness.
  • Coordinate and support organizational events approved by Director as required, drafting and completing final Commander's Critical Information Requirements (CCIR) reports.
  • Perform emergency notification procedures for GENM-O Fort Belvoir using telephonic means; assist with emergency evacuation procedures and personnel accountability.
  • Assist with coordination and execution of Government sponsored events such as All-Hands meetings, honorary ceremonies, and ribbon-cuttings as required.
  • Coordinate all in processing and out-processing procedures for all personnel.
  • Maintain current organizational charts and perform monthly reviews and updates.
  • Coordinate and support recurrent meetings with the teams overseas and other stakeholder engagements by developing meeting minutes, agendas, meeting notifications, and tracking tasks and expenses.
  • Consolidate reports from each of the regions to provide updates to the PMO leadership on project life cycle activities.
  • Monitor, assess, coordinate, analyze, and integrate component activities, and provide support to develop briefings/presentations and agendas.
  • Support the Quarterly PMOS Contract Performance Review (QPR) to include coordination with Directorates for input, scheduling and conducting GENM-O QPR briefings with GENM-O staff.
  • Assist with the Management Internal Control Program (MICP) checklists review and internal GENM-O staffing annually and the Command Inspection Program (CIP) twice per year to measure compliance with prescribed PEO EIS policy and directives.
  • Support the POM and PPBE processes.
  • Maintain and update organizational records and current organizational charts as required.
  • Coordinate, track and respond to Staff Actions Control Officer (SACO) and data calls for information as required.
  • Provide a single point of contact, from Fort Belvoir, to POWER PROJECTION to assist GENM-O personnel with official overseas travel prerequisites.
  • Track and prepare status of all TDY and overseas deployed Government and contractor personnel and report it daily to higher HQs.
  • Maintain and process all requests for Government sponsored training, track all mandatory training and certification status for personnel.
  • Track readiness to travel on 72-hr notice of all personnel including having a valid passport, CRC certification, medical clearance, etc.
  • Coordinate and lead teleconferences with IPT leads, KOs, and leadership as needed.
  • Monitor, assess, coordinate, analyze, and integrate component activities, and provide support to develop briefings/presentations and agendas.
  • Facilitate information sharing and collaboration and maintain organizational policies and Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs).
  • Develop, write, and edit material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and brochures in support of program or project objectives.
  • Organize written material and complete writing assignments according to set standards.
  • Facilitate reviews, written materials and recommended revisions and/or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably a MA/MS degree
