About the position

The Operations Technology Coordinator at the University of Providence plays a crucial role in managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Slate, within the Admissions Operations Team. This position is responsible for processing applications, managing student data, providing communication support, and facilitating event registrations. The coordinator will also assist in data analysis and support the senior technology coordinator in maintaining and troubleshooting admissions communications and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the maintenance of student files and storage, movement of files for enrolling students and arrangement for the proper disposal of obsolete files.
  • Processes and imports student applications, ensuring integrity of all student data provided through student applications, transcripts, test scores, financial documents, and other student record information.
  • Coordinates student record database and document imaging system ensuring the accuracy, integrity and completeness of all data maintained and inputted.
  • Develops and maintains user manuals and reference guides for users.
  • Hosts regular training for campus members to enhance knowledge of Slate and emerging technology.
  • Assists in the management of all information migration between CRM, SIS, and integration software.
  • Creates and implements queries and reports that enable accurate assessment of office initiatives and the analysis of trends and statistics for strategic planning purposes.
  • Builds and imports new student information from various inquiry sources.
  • Assists in the implementation of new systems by keeping abreast of new development in Technolutions Slate, changing university goals, and future programming needs.
  • Serves as the key operations team member for managing the logistics within Slate for admission recruiting events.
  • Liaises with admissions team, particularly related to the campus visit process and event planning, support and evaluation, leveraging Slate to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness with event planning.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Slate.
  • Strong data management and analysis skills.
  • Ability to develop user manuals and training materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
