As an Operations & Technology Transformation Specialist Master focusing on Guidewire Data Migration and ETL Development, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative technology solutions to our clients in the insurance sector. Our Operations and Technology Transformation (OTT) team is dedicated to providing market-leading expertise and industry depth by leveraging deep sector knowledge and hybrid services. We aim to unlock the power of Process Bionics to deliver sustainable and impactful solutions that address the core business challenges faced by our clients. This role requires you to interface directly with clients, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific technologies and solutions, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into technology solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping solutions, conducting testing, and defining support procedures for implementation. You will maintain hands-on technical expertise in various technologies, advising both clients and team members. Your role will involve managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology solutions tailored for large insurance carriers. You will also be expected to lead the testing of custom technology solutions, ensuring they meet the defined business requirements and client expectations. The OTT team serves a diverse range of clients within the insurance industry, providing strategic advice and innovative solutions that enable growth, optimize capital, and maximize operational efficiency. As a Specialist Master, you will contribute to the development of operating models and processes that are essential for the transformation of our clients' businesses. Your expertise will be crucial in architecting solutions that span core, digital, data, analytics, cloud, and AI technologies, ultimately helping our clients navigate the complexities of the insurance landscape.
