As an Operations & Technology Transformation Specialist Master focusing on Guidewire Data Migration and ETL Development, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative technology solutions tailored to the needs of our clients in the insurance sector. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and industry knowledge, allowing you to effectively interface between clients and Deloitte teams. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific technologies, helping to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping solutions, conducting testing, training, and defining support procedures for implementation. You will be instrumental in developing and reviewing system requirements, designing solutions, redefining business processes, presenting prototypes, and leading the testing of custom technology solutions. In this role, you will maintain hands-on technical expertise in various technologies, advising clients and team members on best practices and solutions. You will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large insurance carriers. Your work will directly impact the operational efficiency and growth of our clients, ensuring they remain competitive in a rapidly evolving industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the insurance domain, particularly within Property & Casualty sectors, and will be adept at managing large-scale system implementations. You will be expected to travel approximately 50% of the time, depending on client needs and project requirements.
