Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking a strategic Operations Training Coordinator who will play a crucial role in enhancing employee training processes through a standardized approach that is both employee-empathetic and data-driven. The primary objective of this position is to improve training effectiveness, audit scores, and reduce quality errors by understanding the reasons behind employees' non-compliance with work instructions and training processes. This involves collaborating with various departments to implement a more uniform training process and motivating employees to adhere to these standards. The Operations Training Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing gaps in training processes and incentives based on audit results, quality errors, and feedback from leadership. This role requires the creation of a centralized repository for work instructions and processes, which may include developing video content to enhance onboarding experiences. The coordinator will report directly to the Director of Operations to achieve training objectives and will be tasked with collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to training impacts on quality errors, rather than merely tracking training completion. In addition to these responsibilities, the Operations Training Coordinator will provide training and support to Team Leads and Supervisors, helping them to establish accountability systems for the training they deliver. The role also involves creating checklists to maintain training standards post-audit and being actively involved on the plant floor to identify and address training gaps promptly. The coordinator will conduct a 30-minute Manufacturing & Quality Training session for each new hire, focusing on issues encountered in the previous year, and will audit tool usage to find solutions for damaged tools. Regular check-ins with employees who have high quality error rates will also be part of the role, alongside collaboration with the HR Training and Onboarding Department to create a cohesive training process.
