About The Position

The Operations Transformation Director at IPL Global is responsible for implementing the divisional strategy for operational activities across North America. This role is crucial in aligning operational transformation objectives with business goals, driving efficiency, and leading transformative change across manufacturing sites. The director will collaborate with various teams to design and implement programs that enhance operational processes and deliver positive returns on investments.

Requirements

  • Extensive operational experience in running a business with proven experience in leading transformation in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience in P&L management with the ability to forecast, manage budgets, and costs.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in M&A led growth and integration with knowledge of global business operations.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and navigate diverse cultural contexts.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in change management strategies and implementation roadmaps.
  • Ability to work both strategically and tactically across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the Divisional strategy for all operational activities across IPL North America.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure operational transformation objectives align with business goals.
  • Design and implement programs that shape operational processes and drive efficiency.
  • Model scenarios considering financial outcomes, operational needs, and customer needs for decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, KPIs, and a unified IPL culture.
  • Track continuous improvement in service delivery and performance across the organization.
  • Provide regular communication with divisional leadership about business activities and recommended actions.
  • Manage, train, and motivate indirect reports to enhance a proactive culture.
  • Support the divisional operational strategy and ensure efficient operations.
