About the position

The Operations Warehouse Clerk is responsible for auditing warehouse folders for accuracy, closing out orders in the system, and performing various clerical duties as assigned by management. This role involves ensuring compliance with receiving guidelines, managing shipment approvals, and maintaining effective communication with market managers regarding product issues.

Responsibilities

  • Audit warehouse folders for accuracy and close out orders in the system.
  • Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
  • Review shipment dates to ensure compliance with receiving country guidelines.
  • Review shipment photos and folder information, seeking management approval before loading.
  • Close out all orders to finalize shipments.
  • Communicate with market managers regarding product issues.
  • Generate daily reports on items requiring approval.
  • Generate fees on folders.
  • Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, filing, responding to inquiries, and photocopying.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of warehouse office experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • AS400 experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in both ambient and freezer temperatures.
  • Ability to read and speak English.
  • Attention to detail required.
