Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Operator 3 for our Bakery Production team in Cayce, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food products meet our stringent quality specifications. You will be involved in assembling, setting up, starting, and stopping equipment for various production needs, including start-ups and changeovers. Continuous compliance with Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs) is essential, and you will need to adhere to the production work schedule, running orders, and recipes. This position requires a proactive approach to performing other duties as assigned or required, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the production line. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to frequent changes that occur on the production line. You will be a key member of a highly functioning team, working collaboratively to meet production goals and maintain the highest standards of quality.
