About the position
Brookville Roadster is seeking an Entry-Level Operator to join their team. This role involves operating machinery to shape and assemble metal parts, ensuring a safe and organized work environment while meeting customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Operate a press to trim, punch, shape, notch, draw, or crimp metal.
- Build and assemble parts and vehicles.
- Perform basic welding and grinding tasks.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Label, tag, and move products per specifications.
- Complete all required paperwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Six to twelve months of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Basic welding and grinding skills.
- Ability to read drawings and written instructions.
- Proficient in using precision measuring devices.
- Basic working knowledge of computer software, including email and Excel.
- Ability to self-manage and solve practical problems.
Nice-to-haves
- Woodworking skills are a plus.
