Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with earthwork and civil construction.
• Willingness to learn and follow all safety policies and requirements.
• Ability to climb, kneel, bend, and crawl often, as well as work on ladders, platforms, and mechanical lifts.
• Must be able to understand English.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (excavator, dozer, loader) in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Efficiently operate machines for earth moving, pipe installation, and grading operations.
• Provide recommendations for maintaining and improving environmental performance.
• Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers.
• Ensure company equipment, material, and the work site are maintained, kept clean, and stored safely.
• Complete required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation.
