Responsibilities

• Practice vitreoretinal surgery in partnership with two other surgeons.
• Build a long-term sustainable practice within a supportive multispecialty group.
• Collaborate with medical assistants, certified ophthalmic technicians, retinal photographers, and precertification specialists.
• Utilize a full suite of retinal imaging modalities and advanced technology for patient care.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities, focusing solely on retina cases.

Requirements

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or in the process of obtaining it.
• Board Certification or board eligibility in Ophthalmology.
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in performing ROP care (not required).
