About the position

Smart Fix LLC is seeking motivated and skilled Handyman and Maintenance Crews to provide essential handyman, maintenance, and property preservation services throughout Georgia. The role involves performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure homes and businesses are in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform general handyman services including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• Complete routine maintenance tasks such as lawn care, gutter cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
• Inspect properties and identify maintenance needs and potential preservation issues

Requirements

• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general home maintenance
• Ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
