The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) is seeking an OPS Clerk to assist Hearing Officers in preparing for and conducting administrative hearings, while also supporting staff with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role involves providing customer service to both internal and external customers, managing legal documents and case files, preparing documents for hearings, entering data into Department databases, answering telephones, directing calls, taking messages, preparing and answering email correspondence, and collecting fees and processing payments.
