Responsibilities

  • Assist with document and file management, including scanning of documents and archiving records.
  • Perform data entry and assist with document disposition.
  • Support program efforts to convert paper files into electronic formats.
  • Create, organize, and maintain electronic files.
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews to ensure accuracy of records and data files.
  • Assist staff and the public in researching and retrieving files and data.
  • Provide coverage for the security desk staff as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of verifiable related work experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Ability to organize files and documents effectively.
  • Ability to work independently on assignments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
