About the position

The Ops/Org Change Project Manager will play a crucial role in a real estate investment company in Dallas, TX, focusing on understanding and implementing operational and organizational changes within a 250+ person CIO organization. This position involves creating and executing transformation strategies, communication plans, and budgets to ensure effective implementation of changes while collaborating closely with technology leaders.

Responsibilities

• Understand the current and new operating and organizational model.
• Create rollout plans for operational and organizational transformation.
• Develop implementation strategies, communication plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with technology leaders to assess current processes and guide structural changes.
• Continuously monitor and assess budget impacts of change rollouts.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in project and/or program management.
• 5+ years of experience implementing operational and/or organizational changes (OCM) in an IT environment.
• Experience creating and executing operational/organizational transformation rollout plans, communication strategies, budgets, timelines, and documentation.
• Deep understanding of how technology organizations interact and operate.
• Experience utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and/or Quickbase.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall processes - Certified Change Practitioner (Certified Prosci Change Manager or similar).
• Certified Organizational Development (OD) Professional.
• PMP Certified.
