About the position

The Ops Specialist 1 at ZB RX Medical LLC plays a crucial role in the Operations team, focusing on the daily fulfillment and distribution of surgical implants, devices, and instruments. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the distribution and delivery of products/services for representatives and customers.
• Accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, including warehouse inventory cycle counting.
• Prepare, ship, receive, and schedule delivery of products; ensure timely delivery and pick up/return of loaner sets.
• Field customer questions and direct them to appropriate branch personnel.
• Arrange merchandise for transport and at customer locations.
• Read maps and configure routes for deliveries.
• Perform safety inspections in a transportation setting.
• Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products.
• Provide customer service in surface transportation.
• Perform and/or schedule preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Advise supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle.
• Record sales or delivery information on daily sales or delivery records.
• Record transactions and issues on customer receipts.
• Field customer complaints and communicate as necessary to Branch team members.
• Create and/or review lists of delivery and pick-ups.
• Provide Warehouse support when needed, including checking for sterility and missing/broken implants & instruments.
• Assist with Cycle Counting scans and leverage hospital relationships to influence PO collection.

Requirements

• 0+ years of experience required; training provided.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
