The Ops Sup Intermed Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, which include record and documentation maintenance, storage and retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging, and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. This role serves as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients. The overall objective of this position is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi's operations support infrastructure and processes. In this role, the analyst will perform financial, statistical, and operational studies using analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. They will interpret data and results based on the analysis of information and application of professional judgment. The analyst will also apply project management techniques to assist with operational projects as assigned, perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes, and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help streamline operational workflows. Additionally, the Ops Sup Intermed Analyst will resolve varied and complex issues using professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise. They will provide informal guidance and training to new and lower-level team members as needed. The role requires the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercising independence of judgment and autonomy. The analyst will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members, appropriately assessing risk when making business decisions, and demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This includes driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, and applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices.
