The Optical Office General Manager at Elevate Eyecare is responsible for delivering a high-quality patient and customer experience in a fast-paced environment that includes retail, lab, and optometric services. Responsibilities

• Foster an office environment focused on exceptional patient/customer service.
• Oversee daily operations and personnel management, assigning tasks and schedules.
• Keep staff updated on required training and policies.
• Implement organizational selling strategies.
• Partner with the Marketing Manager to generate sales, insurance, payroll, and staff reports.
• Manage daily bank deposits and communicate financial totals to the Accounting Team.
• Ensure staff performance meets or exceeds office goals.
• Schedule staff according to payroll guidelines set by upper management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for weekly payroll accuracy.
