Responsibilities

• Sell, fit and dispense prescription eyewear.
• Answer telephone and direct calls or take messages.
• Check voice mail and email messages.
• Monitor text messages and in-store messaging consistently for messages/tasks.
• Schedule appointments.
• Enthusiastically greet incoming patients.
• Verify vision benefits and bill claims for eyewear.
• Adjust and repair eyeglasses.
• Work closely with optometrists to keep the patient flow moving efficiently.
• Perform any other tasks requested by supervisors.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
