Responsibilities
- Assist patients with frame and lens selection and styling.
- Dispense, insert, and remove contact lenses, providing training as needed.
- Verify and explain patients' insurance benefits.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and pricing of frames.
- Maintain and organize the dispensary and frame displays.
- Prepare examination and pre-test rooms, conducting pre-tests as required.
- Perform light housekeeping duties in the office.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Optical experience preferred but not required; training provided.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
