The practice is offering the following benefits: $165K minimum for 5 days per week (prorated for part time work). Pay could be significantly higher as it will be based upon production but this is guaranteed minimum. Full benefits package- health insurance (and dental), 401k (no match), CE reimbursement program, 3 weeks PTO, 1 CE PTO Day, 6 Paid holidays, 75% of AOA/IOA dues paid, Maternity/Parental leave. $10k signing bonus. OPTOS on site (free screener for every patient) and we can commit to a visual field and OCT so you can practice full scope. If you're willing to see 4 minimum per hour we can commit to a full tech workup as well.
