TDB Communications, Inc. is seeking Optometrists and Ophthalmologists to conduct one-time disability exams for U.S. Veterans in Oklahoma City. This role involves performing general eye examinations and reviewing medical records as requested, strictly on a non-treatment basis. The position offers a flexible schedule, allowing providers to set their own hours based on availability, and is structured as an independent contractor role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-time disability assessments for Veterans.
• Perform general eye examinations and check for eye conditions.
• Review medical records if requested by the VA.
• Set your own schedule based on availability.

Requirements

• An active state license/certification in good standing.
• No significant sanctions or malpractice claims against the provider.
• Access to an office to perform examinations.
• Capability to conduct a Visual Field test with 16 meridian points.
