About the position

As a Mid-level Oracle APEX Developer at Booz Allen, you will be responsible for developing software and systems from vision to production-ready solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop software and systems from vision to production-ready solutions.
• Master new tools and techniques for system improvements.
• Identify and implement needed system enhancements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct technical design and code reviews.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with software development.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) applications, including REST services or underlying database development.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle as a relational database, SQL, or PL/SQL.
• 1+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, or CSS.
• Experience with Git and standard GitHub practices.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Associate's degree.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with the development and maintenance of API services.
• Experience with administering, developing, and troubleshooting AWS services.
• Experience with Oracle Spatial and Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
• Ability to present features to the larger team and receive feedback.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
