About the position

The Oracle Applications Systems Analyst - Advanced Supply Chain Planning at SIG SAUER, Inc. is responsible for providing operational support for Oracle R12 Applications, specifically focusing on diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving system and data issues. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and ensure data integrity while implementing solutions to enhance supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for Oracle R12 Applications used at Sig Sauer, Inc.
  • Diagnose, analyze, and resolve system and data issues reported by users.
  • Collaborate with internal clients and external vendors to gather requirements for new RICEW and modifications to existing objects.
  • Interpret functional client requirements and translate them into functional specification documents.
  • Develop test scripts and conduct testing on RICEW to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards for Data Quality Assurance, Data Integrity, and Global Data Privacy regulations.
  • Investigate escalated issues with Supply Chain applications and manage change control projects.
  • Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Supply Chain Planning applications.
  • Drive business process reengineering through Oracle ERP systems best practices deployment.
  • Perform Oracle configurations/setups for R12 EBS and functional module setups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of functional experience supporting and implementing Oracle R12.
  • 5+ years of experience developing, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting functional business requirements and specifications.
  • 3+ years of business analysis experience in an application development setting.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, inventory management, production scheduling, and production planning.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analytics and reporting.
  • Experience troubleshooting issues with Oracle EBS RICEW.
  • Ability to independently organize and self-direct work.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make tough decisions/recommendations based on experience and best practices.
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
