About the position

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Apps Consultant with a strong background in the Accounts Payable (AP) module and hands-on experience with cloud migration. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team on exciting projects, focusing on implementing and supporting Oracle AP functionalities in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support the Oracle Accounts Payable (AP) module in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
• Lead or participate in cloud migration projects, ensuring smooth transition of AP functionalities to cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective solutions within the AP module.
• Perform detailed analysis of existing processes, recommend improvements, and design new solutions that align with best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the AP module, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide training and documentation to end users to ensure successful adoption of new features or cloud-based solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, and Operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Cloud capabilities and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve business processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud, particularly in the Accounts Payable (AP) module.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud migration, including planning, design, execution, and post-migration support.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and workflows in Oracle Applications.
• Experience in configuring AP module features such as Supplier Management, Invoicing, Payments, and Reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a cloud or on-premise Oracle environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business users and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results within deadlines.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud implementation best practices, including security, data migration, and integrations.

Nice-to-haves

• Oracle Cloud certification, especially in Financials or ERP modules.
• Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Procurement, General Ledger, or Treasury) is a plus.
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience is desirable.
