About the position

The Oracle BRM Senior Developer (Support) role is focused on providing 24x7 support for the Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) system. This position involves monitoring the system, managing incidents, performing maintenance, and ensuring data integrity and security. The developer will also provide user support and training, optimize system performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the system's capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor the BRM system to detect and address issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and performance tuning to keep the system running smoothly.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with other IT teams and vendors as needed.
• Ensure the integrity and security of customer data, implementing necessary measures to protect against data breaches and loss.
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, system configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Provide support and training to end-users, helping them navigate and utilize the BRM system effectively.
• Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare regular reports on system performance and incidents.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement new features, enhancements, and integrations.
• Collaborate with offshore team in India to ensure 24x7 support.
