About the position

The Oracle Business Analyst Manager at Worldpay will play a crucial role within the Corporate Accounting team, focusing on managing Oracle configuration and resolving issues related to Accounts Payable and Expense subledgers in Oracle Cloud. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance processes and ensure smooth operations of Oracle systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Oracle configuration and error resolution, acting as a liaison with internal and external IT teams.
  • Understand Oracle Workflows and Open Interfaces within Oracle Cloud and Expense.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for all Oracle transactional issues.
  • Address software and hardware issues related to Oracle Cloud.
  • Develop AP Systems documentation, reporting, and SOPs/Training.
  • Create and execute weekly and monthly metric reporting, including technical design of necessary reports.
  • Develop an AP Dashboard and collaborate with the business to enhance Oracle reports.
  • Respond to, create, and analyze ad hoc AP reporting requests.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement and improve AP processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud financial modules.
  • 5+ years of ERP implementation experience in multinational companies.
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion, and their reporting features.
  • Experience with finance ERP systems and reporting tools (SQL, OBIEE, Trax, HFM, QlikView, Excel, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with the accounting close cycle and understanding of how the Procure-to-Pay process impacts financial statements.
  • Ability to design, document, and implement process improvements.
