About the position

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications. This role is pivotal in implementing, configuring, and supporting our Oracle Fusion SCM solutions to optimize our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for analyzing complex business scenarios and providing innovative tech solutions. The position is based in Deerfield, WI, and offers a competitive salary of $135K plus a 10% bonus paid quarterly. In this role, you will collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and design optimal solutions within Oracle Fusion SCM. You will be responsible for configuring and implementing various Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Manufacturing, Quality Purchasing, Inventory, Cost Management, and Supply Chain Planning. Additionally, you will analyze and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion application issues, working closely with IT and business teams to resolve them in a timely manner. You will lead and participate in project planning, system and data migration, and post-implementation support activities. Monitoring and reporting on application performance will be a key part of your responsibilities, along with suggesting improvements where necessary. Staying updated with Oracle Fusion updates is crucial to ensure that the application's features are maximized and leveraged effectively. Training end-users and providing ongoing support will also be essential to maximize the value of Oracle Fusion SCM applications. Furthermore, you will coordinate with other IT teams to ensure integration with other systems and platforms.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst, with a significant portion dedicated to Oracle Fusion SCM applications.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in Oracle Fusion SCM application configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

Nice-to-haves

  • Oracle Fusion SCM certification.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud platform and integration tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies.
