About the position
The Oracle CC&B Utilities Engineer will manage and enhance enterprise-level applications within the Utilities department. This role focuses on designing and implementing application solutions, troubleshooting system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and implement new enterprise application solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues affecting application performance.
- Collaborate with vendors and business users for software integrations.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle-based applications, specifically Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Analytics Publisher.
- 7+ years of experience working with and maintaining enterprise-level computer applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.
- Experience in process design and logical workflow analysis.
- Extensive troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience.
