About the position
The Oracle CC&B Utilities Engineer is responsible for developing and overseeing all aspects of complex systems within the City of Cedar Rapids. This role involves collaboration across various domain areas and multiple application projects, focusing on Oracle-based applications, particularly Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Analytics Publisher.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee complex systems or sets of systems.
- Collaborate across domain areas of support within the City of Cedar Rapids.
- Work on multiple application areas and projects.
Requirements
- Experience with Oracle-based applications, specifically Customer Care & Billing (CC&B).
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Publisher.
- Experience working with and maintaining enterprise-level computer applications.
- Extensive experience with Oracle and Oracle-based technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio.
- Experience with process design, logical workflow analysis and design.
