About the position

The Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant at Deloitte plays a crucial role in helping clients enhance their business performance and operational efficiency through the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions. This position involves collaborating with clients to define strategies, design processes, and implement systems that align with their business objectives, ultimately driving transformation and innovation within their organizations.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, writing, and managing business requirements.
• Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations.
• Supporting configurations, customization, reports, and interfaces, testing and user training.

Requirements

• Functional implementation experience with at least 1 complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation.
• 2+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management/Treasury, Fixed Asset Management (FA/AM), Project Costing (PC), or Grants Management (GM).
• Proven experience in defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, designing as-is and to-be business processes, facilitating conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, depending on the nature of the work and the clients and industries/sectors served.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentation tools such as MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
