About the position

The Oracle Cloud Finance Manager position at PwC involves leading finance transformation initiatives for clients using Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM. The role focuses on helping organizations leverage new cloud technologies, including RPA, Machine Learning, and Analytics, to enhance their finance functions. As a manager, you will guide a team in solving complex business issues, ensuring effective implementation and support of Oracle solutions, and fostering a culture of personal development and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for clients' Finance Transformation journeys using Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM.
• Lead teams in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud applications and solutions.
• Coach team members and encourage their personal development.
• Analyze complex ideas and build meaningful recommendations for clients.
• Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
• Manage diverse viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes.
• Simplify complex messages and highlight key points for stakeholders.
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in Oracle Cloud implementations or support.
• Proven knowledge of Oracle Cloud application solutions and experience in full life-cycle implementations.
• Hands-on functional and technical knowledge of the Oracle Cloud product suite.
• Understanding of business processes related to Oracle Cloud Financials modules.

• Experience leading medium-sized consulting engagements.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business users effectively.
• Experience in designing and supporting complex business processes in an Oracle environment.
