The Oracle Cloud Finance - Senior Associate role at PwC involves working within the Finance team of the Oracle consulting practice. This position focuses on helping organizations leverage Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM to transform their finance functions and achieve their digital technology goals. The role requires a blend of process and technology expertise to support clients in their Finance Transformation journey, utilizing advanced technologies such as RPA, Machine Learning, and Analytics. As a Senior Associate, you will be part of a team that addresses complex business issues and contributes to the development of innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in their Finance Transformation journey enabled by Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM.
- Help organizations implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to solve business problems.
- Utilize RPA, Machine Learning, and Analytics in conjunction with ERP platforms.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address unstructured business issues.
- Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance, ensuring high standards are met.
- Delegate tasks to team members, providing coaching and stretch opportunities.
- Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders in a structured manner.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting or related roles.
- Proven record of success in managing engagements and maintaining project economics.
- Experience in supervising teams and fostering an atmosphere of trust and innovation.
- Ability to communicate a broad range of firm services and address client needs.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Oracle applications, including Oracle Cloud, EBS, and PeopleSoft.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in coaching and providing feedback to junior staff.
