About the position

The Senior Associate position in the Oracle Cloud Finance team at PwC involves helping organizations leverage Oracle technology to enhance their finance functions. This role focuses on supporting clients through their Finance Transformation journey using Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM, integrating advanced technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, and Analytics. The position requires a blend of process and technology expertise to innovate and improve finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their Finance Transformation journey enabled by Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM.
• Help clients rethink their Finance functions leveraging new Cloud technology.
• Work as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and address development areas.
• Delegate tasks to others, providing coaching and stretch opportunities.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to bring order to unstructured problems.
• Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting or related roles.
• Proven record of success in managing engagements and preparing accurate documents.
• Experience supervising teams and fostering an atmosphere of trust and innovation.
• Thorough knowledge of Oracle applications, including Oracle Cloud, EBS, and PeopleSoft.
• Ability to design, implement, and support business processes in an Oracle environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with RPA, Machine Learning, and Analytics in finance functions.
• Familiarity with various Oracle application modules and their implementation.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
