About the position

The Oracle Cloud Finance Senior Manager at Deloitte plays a crucial role in helping clients enhance business performance and shareholder value through effective financial strategies and systems. This position involves managing client relationships, leading technology implementations, and driving business development while fostering team growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
  • Identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies.
  • Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
  • Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients.
  • Organize and lead pursuit teams and participate in proposal development processes.
  • Provide input and guidance into the staffing process and participate in recruitment and retention activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of functional implementation experience with complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
  • 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud General Ledger (GL), Sub ledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, or Treasury.
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior resource in defining systems strategy and gathering business requirements.
  • Experience reporting to C-level client contacts and managing client teams.
  • Functional and technical team management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud's Financials, Procurement, or Project Portfolio Management.
  • Ability to transform organizations through social, mobile, and analytic technologies.
