About the position

The Oracle Cloud Finance - Senior Manager role at PwC involves leading finance transformation initiatives for clients using Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM. Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation projects utilizing Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM.
• Manage and support clients in their implementation of Oracle Cloud applications.
• Encourage team collaboration and ensure all voices are heard during discussions.
• Address ambiguous problems and develop structured solutions.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to foster growth and development.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively propose solutions.
• Contribute technical knowledge and expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
• Create a positive work environment while managing team workloads and client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to build trust and rapport.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud applications and finance transformation.
• Proven experience in leading full life-cycle implementations of Oracle solutions.
• Intimate knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials modules and associated business processes.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and client satisfaction.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing on-shore and off-shore resources in Oracle environments.
• Ability to design and implement complex business processes in Oracle Cloud.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
